Shipping
We have a flat rate shipping of $5.90. Orders over $150 are free.
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days via USPS or UPS.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.
Purely Little is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.
We are not able to change the shipping address once your order has shipped.
If you suspect your package is lost, or have a question regarding tracking of your package please contact 1-800-ASK-USPS as we are not responsible for tracking once dropped off at the post office.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will include an estimated delivery day.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
Return and Refund Policy
We do accept returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are available only if the item you purchased is defective. Please note that each item is inspected before shipment. If your child is in between sizes we recommend ordering a size up. If an item is faulty, incorrect, or has any other problems please reach out to us and we will accommodate accurately.
